FREE Friday Talks at BeWell: Relaxation Techniques
BeWell Conference Room
Experience some respite from the holidays’ chaos by attending the next BIDMC Employee Talk at BeWell. During this Friday session, you will learn and practice several relaxation techniques, including conscious breathing exercises, chair yoga, mindfulness and guided imagery. These relaxation techniques have the ability to reduce tension and anxiety almost immediately.
