Eat Well!

Eat Well! is an innovative ten-week program that combines education and discussion on nutrition and exercise to provide you with an effective tool for weight loss. Led by registered dietitians and exercise physiologists from BIDMC, Eat Well! presents the most up-to-date, scientifically based information, and will help you overcome lifestyle and behavioral hurdles important for successful weight management.
The cost for Eat Well! is $200 for BIDMC employees (weekly or monthly payment plans available). The price also includes healthy snacks each week, a take-home manual and much more!
