If you have a CareGroup
Outlook E-mail account, you can access Meditech from any Internet
ready PC. To do this, click below to download the Metaframe software

and installed the Metaframe software client on your PC, click below

Mount Auburn Help
Desk personnel provide 24 hour support of the Meditech applications at
617-499-5600. Individuals on the Mount Auburn campus can
reach the Help Desk simply by dialing extension 5600, while those on
the Waltham Hospital campus only need to dial extension 5500.
People on the Deaconess-Nashoba, Deaconess-Glover and BIDMC
campuses can reach the Mount Auburn Help Desk directly by dialing 7-5600.
