INHL fulfills its mission through three major program areas: Leadership Development, International Nursing Studies, and a Research Collaborative.
Program areas focus on leadership, collaborative relationships, quality of care, and patient safety.
Initiatives include workshops, seminars, lectures, and conferences; clinical observation and study groups; regional, national, and international nursing consultation; research dissemination; and opportunities for visiting scholars, fellows, and graduate student interns.
