Full-text medical topic reviews, online CME, and patient education materials.

InfoTrac
A multi-disciplinary series of databases such as General Reference Center, Health Reference Center, Expanded Academic, General Business File, and Business and Company ASAP. Some full-text is available.

PubMed
PubMed is a search engine to MEDLINE which is a bibliographic database to over 4,500 journals covering medicine, nursing, dentistry, health care management, and preclinical sciences.

Proquest MA Newsstand
Full-text coverage to the Boston Globe, Boston Herald & other regional newspapers.

OVID
Online access to MEDLINE and selected fulltext journal titles is available with user name and password. Contact the Library for details.

UpToDate
A compilation of clinical topic reviews covering the following specialties: adult primary care and internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, endocrinology and diabetes, family practice, gastroenterology and hepatology, hematology, infectious diseases, nephrology and hypertension, obstetrics, gynecology and women's health, oncology, pulmonary and critical care and rhematology.

Print Resources

The scope of the collection focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system but the Library maintains core medical titles which are multidisciplinary in nature. Books are shelved according to National Library of Medicine classification scheme. Reference materials do not circulate; non-reference items may be borrowed for 2 weeks with an option to renew at the end of this period.
The Library subscribes to over 159 print journals; journals do not circulate, but the Library staff will gladly photocopy any article of interest to you, while adhering to Copyright Laws.
